Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC in Richland, MS is seeking a General Manager to lead tire collection, processing and manufacturing operations. You will manage safety, production, quality, finance, and distribution while driving continuous improvement and strong customer relations.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a high-performing team and achieving budget targets. You will oversee P&L, efficiency, and cost control across all site functions, ensuring compliance and safe operations.

Formación

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in manufacturing, covering safety, logistics, production, quality, financial, and employee leadership.
• Proven ability to drive safety, productivity and cost control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site operations safely and efficiently, ensuring environmental compliance and productivity targets.
• Oversee P&L and financial performance, cost control, and productivity improvements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate routes, staffing, asset utilization, and customer relations to meet goals.
• Implement standardized work practices, SOPs, and housekeeping to maintain site standards.
• Support regional leadership with sales, partnerships, and customer retention activities.
