Job summary

Under supervision of Program Manager, the Site Leader coordinates schedules, administers medications as needed, provides active treatment, and maintains accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years Direct Care experience, or equivalent.
• Background check (BCI and FBI) completed successfully.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with fewer than 6 points.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Program Manager regularly to ensure program quality.
• Adjust work hours for effective operation of the program.
• Ensure compliance with licensure regulations.
• Supervise and direct staff; ensure agency standards.
• Provide active treatment, monitor health, assist with medications.
• Take vital signs and complete medical histories.
• Assist with personal care and grooming for consumers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and survey readiness.
• Transport consumers in agency or personal vehicles.
• Perform duties including 20+ hours of direct care per week and pass medications.
