HELP Foundation is seeking a Site Leader in Ohio to supervise residential care teams and coordinate services for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. You will ensure high-quality care, administer medications and monitor health indicators, while guiding staff to meet agency standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of Direct Care experience.
• Experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities; lead/supervisory preferred.
• Background check including BCI and FBI required.
• Ohio Driver’s License with <6 points.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with Program Manager to ensure program quality.
• Adjust work hours for program operations.
• Ensure compliance with licensure regulations.
• Supervise and direct staff, setting and maintaining standards.
• Provide active treatment and health-related services including medications and vitals.
• Record physical assessments and medical histories.
• Assist with personal care and grooming for consumers.
• Follow ISP provisions and behavior support plans.
• Train staff on ISP provisions and changes as needed.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage and scheduling.
