Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing leadership
• Experience creating annual operating plans and budgets
• Proven stakeholder management and community relations
• Strong employee relations, leadership, communication and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee site appearance, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for site conditions and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with facilities management to address infrastructure needs and improvements.
• Drive a safety culture through onboarding and communications.
• Manage site security protocols and communicate site restrictions; closures and reopenings.
