Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a proactive, collaborative professional to manage technical projects within its Manufacturing and Supply Chain ecosystem. The role focuses on production scheduling, process improvement, and cost/price evaluations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading cross-site initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma, and supporting capacity and capital planning. Relocation and travel may be required to support Blue Origin facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS in Operations Research, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytic skill set with data mining proficiency.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who builds trust and works inclusively.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing-related projects and provide production scheduling and cost analyses.
• Perform process mapping, root cause analysis and waste reduction initiatives.
• Support capacity planning, scenario planning and capital planning.
• Coordinate with multiple Blue Origin sites and travel as needed.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma methods and data-driven decision making.
