Blue Origin's Site Lead will represent the manufacturing locations, uphold safety and site standards, and lead community integration while aligning with corporate values and mission. The role drives improvements, engages stakeholders, and communicates site performance across leadership teams.

The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven record in managing large-scale manufacturing initiatives within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing an annual operating plan and managing budgets for items such as capital equipment expenses and employee engagement initiatives.
• Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and community relations.
• Strong employee relations, people leadership, communicationand public speaking skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives with demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions.
• Track recordof successful employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site appearance, maintenance, and safety standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for site conditions and operational efficiency. Coordinate with facilities management to address infrastructure needs and improvements. Drive a safety culture through participation in onboarding or other communication vehicles.
