Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Fort Worth, TX seeks a General Manager (Site Leader) to drive all operations, lead a 10–15 person team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will set the tone on the front line, recruit and train staff, and ensure the facility and equipment are well-maintained in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to stand for long periods, work evenings or weekends as needed, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees with emphasis on teamwork and fun.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work environment delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Attract, recruit, and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
