Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Program Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to oversee the Community Living/Flexcare program location. The role includes directing program operations, ensuring policy adherence, and coordinating with external agencies. Full-time, M–F 8:30a–5:30p, in-office, with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires education in behavioral health and relevant supervisory experience; strong communication skills and proficiency with EHR systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus relevant experience in behavioral health.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of behavior health experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Master's degree in behavioral health qualifies for the role.

Responsibilities

• Directs program functions; implements standards, policies, and procedures governing the performance of the program.
• Revises services according to demonstrated client need and contractual requirements.
• Develops and implements site-specific plans that support Terros Health's strategic plan.
• Develops program goals and objectives; defines objectives at site and directs reports.
• Coordinates communication with other components of the organization and outside agencies.
• Keeps supervisor and employees informed as to program plans and progress.
• Fosters community relations and coordinates client services with neighbors and professionals.
• Collects and maintains quality improvement data and program performance measurements.
