Job summary

HELP Foundation Inc is seeking a Site Leader to oversee residential facilities and supervise staff under the Program Manager. You will ensure program quality, staff coverage, and compliance with licensure regulations while providing active treatment and monitoring health needs of consumers.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of direct care experience, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of tablets/phones is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years direct care or related supervisory experience.
• Background check (BCI and FBI) required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with <6 points.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Program Manager regularly to ensure program quality.
• Adjust work hours as required for effective operation of the program.
• Ensure compliance with applicable licensure regulations.
• Supervise and provide direction to staff; teach staff acceptable work standards.
• Provide active treatment, emotional and health-related services including administering medications and monitoring health.
