Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Site Leader to oversee a high-volume 3PL facility in Whitestown, IN. You will manage P&L, budgets, and performance metrics while partnering with Operations, Transportation, Account Management, HR, Finance, and customers to meet objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics leadership, hands-on supervision of large teams, and proven ability to optimize WMS/ERP systems, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record.
• Extensive experience with supply chain, warehousing, P&L, budgeting, WMS, ERP, and transportation.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and multiple departments.
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Our client, a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company, is seeking an experienced Site Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a high-volume logistics facility. This individual will have responsibility for operational execution, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, productivity, and financial performance.

The Site Leader will serve as the primary leader for the facility, partnering closely with Operations, Transportation, Account Management, Human Resources, Finance, and customers to ensure the site consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations.

Our organization is seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Site Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, maintaining and improving our supply chain, warehousing, and transportation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site-related operations, including P&L and budgeting, and will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
