Learn more at RailserveJob DescriptionThe Rail Trainer/Auditor is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees involved in daily rail operations while conducting operational and safety audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. This role serves as a subject matter expert on rail operations, safety practices, and operating procedures.The successful candidate will facilitate classroom and field training, evaluate employee understanding, support leadership teams through operational audits, and assist with corrective action planning when improvement opportunities are identified. This position plays a key role in maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring operational consistency across Railserve locations.The ideal candidate has extensive railroad experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively train employees in both classroom and field environments.
