Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a driven Lead/Working Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at one of our client sites in New Jersey. The role is full-time, with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, and pays $21.00 per hour.

The candidate will lead staff, ensure high-quality cleaning, and train new employees while maintaining safety and efficiency on site. Ideal applicants are self-motivated, able to work independently yet as part of a team, fluent in English (Spanish bilingual

• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work in one of our client’s sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Pay: $21.00/hour

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Requirements
