Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider seeks a Lead/Working Supervisor to join our team at a client site in Baltimore. The role involves leading staff, training new employees, and ensuring cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to standard.

The schedule runs 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Sunday with rotation, and the position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and lift up to 50 lbs, with English fluency and optional Spanish.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemicals and equipment used in janitorial and maintenance tasks.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a team and mentor peers.
• Experience training new employees and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Oversee cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks in assigned areas.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve problems as they arise.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Lead/Working Supervisor to work in one of our client’s sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Sunday with rotation

Pay: $20.00/hour

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Requirements
