Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish skills considered a plus.

• Reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning tasks across assigned site(s) including bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas.
• Train and guide new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.
• Motivate and manage staff to meet service quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Stock supply closets and inspect work areas to maintain organization.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Shift Lead to work in one of our client’s sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, yet also be a team player.

Schedule: Full-time

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Stocking supply closets and inspecting work areas.

Requirements
