Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services is seeking a lead/working supervisor to join our team at one of our client sites. This role requires self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to lead a cleaning crew while performing hands-on duties.

The schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in English, and pass a background check; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemicals & equipment.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleaning staff across assigned account.
• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms and breakrooms.
• Train new employees as directed and respond to emergencies.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
