Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider is seeking a Lead/Working Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams at client sites, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across duties.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to train new staff; Spanish bilingual is a plus. Schedule is 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Wednesday to Saturday, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Applicants must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (read, write, communicate); bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Able to lift 50lbs independently and ability to bend.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace liners.
• Train new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at the assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
