Job summary

Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a Lead Carpenter to coordinate craftspeople, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to complete projects to specifications on schedule and safely. You will construct, repair, and install structures using wood, plywood, and wallboard, following local codes and safety practices.

You will lead the crew, review blueprints, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Strong communication, planning, and physical stamina are essential for successful project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of formal apprenticeship or superintendent training.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work with precise limits and accuracy.
• Experience: 3–5 years as a carpenter, with familiarity of other trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedule with crew under the Project Superintendent.
• Act as liaison between owner, superintendent, PM and subcontractors.
• Study blueprints for material requirements and dimensions.
• Adhere to quality management system requirements.
• Prepare daily logs and progress reports.
• Construct footings, walls, stairs, and fixtures with hand and power tools.
