Qualifications

• Expertise with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V), backup/restore, endpoint/configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and assign work to meet service levels.
• Oversee workstation and server administration.
• Maintain SOPs and runbooks, manage asset/license records.
• Mentor technicians and ensure coverage during leave.
