Job summary

Securitas Hillsboro site is seeking a Site Lead to oversee daily security screening operations while providing strong on-site leadership. The role directs screening officers, manages staffing, and ensures compliance with site procedures at a 4pm-12am, Wednesday-Sunday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent professional communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support on-site security officers.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Conduct screenings with approved equipment and procedures.
• Communicate patrols and maintain full site coverage.
• Inspect posts and assign tasks to team members.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies professionally.
• Lead shift briefings and relay operational updates.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing coaching to new officers.
• Assist with payroll and personnel information submissions.
