Job summary

Securitas seeks a Site Lead for our Hillsboro, OR site. The role oversees daily security screening operations, provides direct leadership to officers, and ensures compliance with client and company policies.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and maintain detailed incident reports, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, good judgment, and clear communication, upholding Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness in every shift.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year security and supervisory experience.
• Advanced computer / technology skills required.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Conduct security screenings using approved equipment and procedures.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks and responsibilities.
