Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in Quantico, Virginia is seeking a Program Manager to provide overall leadership, planning, and oversight for contract operations supporting the MAGTF Staff Training Program and MEFEX exercises. The PM will interface with Government leadership and COR/CO, manage dispersed teams, and ensure compliant, on-time training support across multiple locations.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of program management experience in DoD or Marine Corps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of program management/operations experience in military training support.
• Experience managing complex government contracts and multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of contract performance supporting MSTP/MEFEX activities.
• Interface with Government stakeholders including CO, COR, and program leadership.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee program operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
