Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Site Lead in Kings Bay, GA to provide high‑quality operational support for IT security, business technologies, and mission IT operations. You will manage day‑to‑day project operations, staff, and ensure alignment with the SOW and customer objectives.

The role requires DoD cybersecurity expertise, RMF/STIGs knowledge, and a Top Secret clearance, with leadership of multi‑functional IT teams and compliance with DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related technology field, or an Associate’s with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of IT operations, network, and help desk support in a DoD or enterprise environment.
• Must meet CWF IAM II requirements and hold DoD 8570-M / DoDM 8140 certifications.
• Must maintain required computing environment/OS certifications and have Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in IT security, business technologies, and IT operations support.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with SOW, CDRLs, and customer requirements.
• Direct and support Help Desk, Network Operations, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity/IA, and Web/SharePoint teams.
• Ensure personnel hold required CWF certifications and baseline training.
• Prepare contract deliverables, track metrics, and manage incident reports and inventories.
• Oversee SOPs, knowledge bases, and service delivery; communicate status to AO leadership and government COR.
