Chenega MIOS is seeking a Cyber Project Management Specialist to provide end-to-end coordination for mission-critical defense IT/OT programs at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will align cybersecurity milestones with DoD governance and lead cross-functional teams across lifecycle delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years coordinating large cybersecurity projects, DoD experience, and active clearance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of project and program coordination experience, with at least 1+ year coordinating large cybersecurity projects with IT/OT systems.
• 2+ years of DoD experience and familiarity with DoD workflows and security requirements.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, track, and report on 2 to 5 active projects across full delivery lifecycle.
• Build, baseline, and maintain contract-compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and milestone tracking plans.
• Facilitate delivery cadence including sprint planning, standups, and reviews to maintain momentum.
• Identify blockers, remove cross-team obstacles, and shield teams from friction.
• Utilize Jira and GitLab to manage boards, track velocity, groom backlogs, and manage sprints.
• Lead requirements elicitation, discovery sessions, and workshops to capture functional and operational requirements.
• Document current and future-state processes and maintain RTMs for deliverables.
• Track risk with RADI logs, enforce change-control, and monitor governance gates.
• Balance workload across projects and perform variance analysis for forecast delivery dates.
• Prepare data-driven status reports for PMRs and PMO meetings.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards for program leadership.
