Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Site Lead to provide high‑quality operational support for IT security, business technologies, and mission IT at SWFLANT. You will manage day‑to‑day project operations and staff, ensuring compliance with the SOW, Cyberspace Workforce requirements, and customer mission objectives.

This role directs technical teams across help desk, network, systems, IA, and web/collaboration, while maintaining communications, reporting, and contract deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related technology field.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience providing IT operations, network, and help desk support in a DoD or enterprise environment.
• Must meet CWF IAM II requirements: DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140 certification.
• Must maintain computing environment/operating system certification(s) per SECNAV M-5239.2.
• Top Secret clearance and background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in IT security, business technologies, and IT operational support services.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the SOW, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and customer requirements.
• Recommend continuous improvements in services, technologies, and processes to align with SSP Enterprise and industry best practices.
• Directly manage and support specialized functional teams: Help Desk, Network Operations, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity/IA, and Web/SharePoint and Application Support.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required CWF certifications, baseline training, and security clearances.
• Document, monitor, and implement programs to support quality assurance, incident prioritization, escalation, customer relationship management, and employee training.
• Provide management oversight of SOPs, knowledge base, call tracking systems, and service delivery.
• Oversee and ensure operation of classified/unclassified IT systems per DoD directives.
• Serve as primary point of contact between AO leadership, Government COR, and prime/associate contractors.
• Prepare and deliver required contract deliverables including monthly cyber workforce reporting and program status updates.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with SPK16 leadership and ensure issue resolution.
• Provide annual employee performance evaluations and development support.
• Ensure timesheet approval, labor recording, and compliance with corporate requirements.
