Job summary

Integrated Solutions, the field service arm for Duravant, is seeking a Field Service Technician (Site Lead) in Jonesboro, AR. You will lead installation teams for material handling systems, coordinating crews, customers, and vendors while ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 80% (expenses covered).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of site leadership experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for US passport.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and travel costs covered by the company.
• Strong knowledge of material handling systems and industrial safety.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and machine drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership for material handling installations and subcontracted project sites.
• Lead daily planning and coordination meetings; resolve safety, quality, productivity or schedule issues.
• Maintain accountability for site execution and project outcomes.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout installation lifecycle.
• Manage site logistics, documentation, reporting and compliance records.
• Coach field installers and subcontractor personnel; promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
