Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and test heavy equipment and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and on‑call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Herc fleet at customer sites.
• Oversee oil changes, lubrication, tire and battery service.
• Diagnose and repair heavy equipment for safe operation.
• Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic and propane systems.
• Educate customers on proper equipment use to avoid future breakdowns.
