Job summary

Tribe Clinical Research in Spartanburg seeks a Site Lead to supervise the Tribe Clinical Research Coordinators and oversee trials conducted at the Spartanburg office, under the Medical Director and CEO. You will report to the Operations Manager and coordinate study activities, ensure adherence to protocols, and lead site education sessions.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a detailed understanding of clinical research processes.

Qualifications

• Currently a licensed CRC (RN/LPN) or CCMA or willingness to complete.
• Proficient medical and clinical research terminology.
• Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with data management and informatics.
• Commitment to ethical research standards.
• Ability to train and lead clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee workload and onboarding.
• Oversee site processes to follow standards.
• Perform Clinical Research Coordinator responsibilities.
• Communicate respectfully with team, investigators and sponsors.
• Assign tasks and ensure study goals are clear.
• Maintain detailed, accurate study documentation.
• Coordinate and document in-service training.
