Job summary

Cascadia REI LLC is seeking a Full Time Site Lead / Lead Carpenter for residential remodeling projects across Oregon and Washington. You will oversee your own job sites, move projects from planning through finish, and work closely with the Project Management team.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in construction, strong carpentry from rough to finish, experience reading plans, and a proven ability to supervise 1–3 crew members while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in residential construction.
• Reading plans, site prep, and permitting where applicable.
• Supervise 1–3 field employees; coordinate with PM and clients.
• Rough through finish carpentry; flooring, drywall, and painting skills.
• Emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and on-site organization.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Split time between autonomous work and supervising 1–3 field employees.
• Oversee all phases of construction from planning to finish.
• Read and interpret plans.
• Execute daily task lists.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep job site clean and organized before leaving.
• Order materials and maintain vendor relationships.
• Update schedule changes as projects evolve.
