Job summary

Pathway Design & Construction is seeking a Construction Site Manager in Hobart, WA, for residential remodeling projects across the Greater Seattle area. You will be on-site 80% of the time, lead trades, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule and budget.

You must install materials correctly, catch issues early, and lead by example. This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general construction experience in residential remodeling.
• Hands-on field experience with ability to install materials correctly and catch issues.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Constructability knowledge to review drawings and catch issues early.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction.
• Hands-on leader who can direct trades with authority and collaboration.
• Familiar with PM software and digital documentation tools (Bluebeam, MS Suite).
• Self-starter, quick learner, reliable and communicative.
• Mission-driven to support healthy homes and green building.

Responsibilities

• Direct carpenters, laborers, and trades to complete work safely and on schedule.
• Review drawings for constructability and resolve issues before they become costly.
• Lead weekly homeowner or client touchpoints and manage expectations.
• Ensure correct material application, perform quality control, and verify healthy home standards.
• Maintain and update project plans, track milestones, and manage budget.
• Plan materials and two-week activity plans to keep projects moving.
• Keep site clean, secure, and compliant with safety standards.
• Provide daily logs and participate in weekly production meetings.
