Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties such as digging trenches, moving materials, and clearing work areas.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like carrying tools, holding equipment, and preparing work sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
• Operate small hand and power tools as instructed and trained.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including waste disposal and site cleanup.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE.
• Follow directions from supervisors and lead personnel efficiently and accurately.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to a supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs.
