Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• GED or high school diploma or related work experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction sites.
• Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Shovel materials to and from construction areas such as asphalt, concrete and dirt.
• Follow all safety procedures on site and report violations to management.
• Load and unload supplies from trucks manually and with equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work independently or with a team.
• Remain productive in all weather conditions.
• Ensure drivers wear PPE and manage truck load/count processes.
