Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Laborer to support site preparation, material handling, and general construction tasks on large-parcel civil projects. You will follow safety protocols, assist with scaffolding, and work with a team or independently in varying weather conditions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

GED or high school diploma required.
Trade school a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures.
Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt, concrete, and dirt.
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Following instructions from supervisors.
Must be able to work individually or within a team.
Ability to work in all weather.
Must be punctual, reliable and be a hard worker.
Count truck loads entails: directing trucks where to dump, sign in tickets, keeping track of time and load count, assuring trucks are lowering their bed before leaving jobsite and making sure drivers are wearing their PPE when they get out of trucks.
