ABM US is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee client sites, lead janitorial teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will manage schedules, train staff in safety protocols, and respond to emergencies while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning, a valid driver's license, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising employees.
• Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage teams and retain staff.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required to operate company vehicles.
• Discretion handling confidential information and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for groups of varying sizes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee projects and day-to-day operations on a designated site.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and service quality.
• Lead and train staff on safety, PPE, and standard cleaning methods.
• Plan schedules to meet service delivery expectations and deadlines.
• Support emergency and after-hours coverage and client communications.
• Monitor timekeeping and assist with staff substitutions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional billable work and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with SDS, OSHA, and security protocols.
