Job summary

The Facilities Group is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager in Keller, Texas, to oversee daily janitorial operations for client facilities. You will lead crews, implement written cleaning plans, and maintain professional standards while managing hours and staffing.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, utilize MS Office to organize tasks, track metrics, and communicate proactively with clients. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, on-site role with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in janitorial or floor care is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages janitorial crew
• Maintains cleaning quality control programs
• Operates independently with flexible shifts
• Ensures cleaning quality exceeds client expectations through inspections and client communications
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion
• Recruits, mentors and trains employees
• Schedules staff and tasks within client hour allotments
• Ensures attire and uniform policy compliance
• Manages workload and coverage for absenteeism
• Organizes and executes daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual cleaning tasks
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager
