Job summary

DTK Facility Services in Texas seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are completed well and on time. You will manage supplies, support staff, and enforce quality and safety standards in diverse facilities.

As the main point of contact for the team, you’ll coordinate schedules, training, and reporting, with bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
