Job summary

DTK Facility Services seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard. You will manage supplies, support staff, and uphold quality and safety compliance.

The role positions you as the primary contact for the team, coordinating efforts across shifts in a dynamic facilities environment. Houston-based operations may include office buildings and large facilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in janitorial services or facilities management; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading janitorial teams in commercial or large facilities.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions.
