Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning operations, ensure sanitation, and interact professionally with team members and customers.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, following safety rules, maintaining assigned areas, reporting hazards, and keeping a presentable appearance on a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00am to 3:00pm, with pay around $18.50-$19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and helpful for communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
