Kids for the Future in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking an on-site system integration tester to join our engineering team. You will design, plan, and execute test plans that validate system functionality and customer acceptance criteria across multiple projects.
Responsibilities include creating and approving test cases, reporting testing status to site teams and clients, and developing test plans for acceptance, regression, and performance testing.
This position is responsible for the on-site system integration testing. The position will assist the on-site commissioning team with testing across functional areas and User Acceptance Testing with the customer. The primary tasks in this position will be designing, planning, and executing test plans that prove out system and customer acceptance criteria. This position may be responsible for and assist on multiple projects simultaneously, as schedules permit.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience testing complex systems, including developing test plans, creating test reports and automating testing activities.
Travel: Up to 50% of travel as required, including international travel.
