CBX Solutions in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee installation projects from start to finish. You will schedule, supervise on-site teams, ensure quality, and maintain safety standards across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with the Installation Manager, manage resources, and ensure timely completion while upholding company procedures and documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, pedestrian door installation, or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams efficiently.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail in job tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently schedule and manage assigned installation jobs.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with Installation Manager on assignments and resource planning.
• Oversee installation crews and maintain safety guidelines.
• Provide guidance to technicians on-site and resolve issues.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
• Submit daily Field Service Reports and ensure timely reporting.
