Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking an Installation Manager in Durham, NC to oversee on-site security system integrations and coordinate with internal teams and contractors. The role involves providing on-site support, creating detailed drawings, and producing as-built documentation after installation.

The candidate will work with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales engineering to meet customer goals, liaise with manufacturers for proper solutions, and collaborate with the project management team on scheduling

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Lift 25–50 lbs frequently.
Experience using software-driven technologies for installations.
Industry experience with installation of building materials.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

Oversee security system integrations installed by internal/contractor teams.
On-site support to address field installation challenges.
Create detailed drawings and submittals for general contractor review.
Produce as-built drawings after installation.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales engineering to implement customer goals.
Liaise with manufacturers to determine proper field solutions.
Coordinate with project management on technical/scheduling conflicts.
Provide on-site Pre-Sales visits as required (10% of time).
Collaborate with integrators and manufacturers.
