Prysmian Group is seeking a Site HSE Regional Training Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain standardized health, safety, and environmental training materials for the region. The role partners with sites and HR to analyze training needs and to deploy online learning platforms.

The position includes standardizing region-wide HSE procedures, coordinating with Dozuki, Workday, and related systems, and supporting ongoing regulatory compliance and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of direct OSHA compliance and safety program experience.
• Experience with training material development and implementation.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, train, and maintain site HSE policies and procedures.
• Drive regional HSE training standardization and material updates.
• Partner with sites and HR on training needs analysis and LMS usage.
• Support site audits and regulatory inspections; travel as needed.
