Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking an HSE Manager to provide technical environmental, health, and safety support to the Operations team at our Jackson, TN facility. You will lead and mentor leadership, drive compliance, and advance site-wide HSE initiatives with a strong safety-first culture.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline with 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing and robust knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of previous HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs by partnering with operations to drive compliance, reduce risk, strengthen a safety-first culture, and support site-wide HSE initiatives and training.
• Lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance, overseeing HSE activities, and supporting site safety initiatives.
• Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs across the facility.
• Assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen workplace safety performance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs to ensure safe equipment, processes, and continuous improvement of HSE programs.
