The Clorox Company is seeking a Site HSE Lead to drive sustainable health, safety, and environmental programs under Center HSE Leadership. This role will influence development, implementation, and sustainability of a comprehensive Zero Loss culture at the plant.

You will lead safety improvements, build hazard awareness, mentor teams, and ensure OSHA and Clorox standards compliance. The role involves collaboration with site leadership and external partners to reduce injuries and environmental

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, leading an HSE program.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Working knowledge of environmental regulatory management.
Experience supporting or leading a state mandated Worker’s Compensation Program.
Experience understanding and interpreting regulatory documents, such as NFPA, OSHA/DOL, EPA, and state plans.
Ability to lead thorough Root Cause Analysis into complex systems & programs.
Ability to effectively manage, prioritize and execute multiple tasks autonomously.

Responsibilities

Drive safety process improvement projects and programs focused on reducing at-risk conditions and behaviors.
Raise hazard awareness and lower risk tolerance across the plant.
Lead HSE team and committee.
Mentor and coach leadership, technical support, and operating teams to drive safe decisions at the floor level.
Drive application of best practices and HSE education/awareness through training and communication.
Coordinate with corporate HSE to ensure plant compliance with standards and obtain support.
Deliver world-class HSE results through effective communication and risk-reduction follow-up.
