Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking an HSE Manager for our manufacturing site in Belle, MO. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting a Zero Loss safety culture.

As a key part of the plant leadership team, you will influence performance and employee safety, and lead initiatives supporting sustainability goals. Candidates are expected to possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in CPG.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations.
• Experience leading complex root cause analysis investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of plant HSE strategy.
• Champion a Zero Loss safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Clorox standards.
