Job summary

SiteWORX, a Lebanon, Ohio-based site development company, seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits, policies, compliance, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business goals while guiding a proactive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR information systems, payroll or benefits platforms, and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and supporting fair and consistent practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave, and employee records in partnership with internal teams or external providers.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, coaching, and development planning.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention, culture, and workplace communication initiatives.
• Maintain HR metrics and reports to inform leadership decisions and improve HR operations.
• Supervise HR staff or coordinate HR activities across departments, as applicable.
