Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at the German manufacturing site. You will function as a HR Business Partner to plant leadership, overseeing employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and compliance with German law.

The role requires data-driven insights, stakeholder management, and collaboration with the global Matrix organization to drive operational excellence and a strong workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or advanced HR qualification.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in HR leadership within manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience in multinational organizations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Plant Leadership on people-related matters.
• Translate business objectives into HR strategies and workforce plans.
• Support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce trends and metrics.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Lead recruitment activities and develop workforce plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and improve hiring.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment pipelines.
• Drive performance management and leadership development.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance with German regulations, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure SOX-compliant documentation.
• Lead the site HR team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
