Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing with leadership duties.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and employment law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
