This role will be located at the Copper World Project, approximately 45 minutes southwest of Tucson near Sahuarita, Arizona.
Reporting to the Director of HR, the Senior HR Generalist will administer all site‑related Human Resources responsibilities at our Copper World project in Helvetia, Arizona. Serving as a key advisor to site management, this position is essential in ensuring compliance with government regulations, executing HR policies, managing employee relations, and scaling the site workforce. To be successful in this dynamic environment, the ideal candidate must have proven local site experience within the mining, construction, or manufacturing industries.
