Job summary

Forvia in the United States is seeking an HR Manager to lead the Division HR Department, overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

This role partners with senior management, drives culture change, manages payroll, policies, visa administration, and employee development across the site. The position reports to the VP of HR and supports executive leadership in strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related/equivalent education.
• 5–10 years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Department within a growing organization, ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
• Partner with senior management to communicate and implement a globally adapted HR system.
• Oversight of payroll, audits, and bonus systems; manage immigration and visa administration.
• Drive cultural change management and support professional development of staff.
• Interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and directing work within the division.
• Improve staffing strategies, onboarding, training, and HR process efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
