Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Site HR Business Partner to join the leadership team at an integrated pharmacy and fulfillment operation in Arizona. You will own the people strategy, partner with Operations to solve organizational challenges, and build high-performing teams.

You will leverage workforce data to inform decisions, coach leaders through change, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience supporting operational or frontline teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, pharmacy, healthcare, or similar complex operations.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and performance management.
• Experience using workforce data to influence business decisions.
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to balance priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner and a member of the site leadership team.
• Own the site's people strategy and translate business priorities into practical plans.
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning, and succession planning.
• Coach leaders through performance, organizational change, and difficult people decisions.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance conversations.
• Use workforce data to drive organizational performance and business decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders through sound guidance and follow-through.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, Safety, and other People teams.
• Improve processes and scalable ways of working to support growth of Operations.
